Q. What is a digital record and video pool ?
A. It is a place where DJ's go to download all the newest music and videos.
We work the same way as vinyl record pools use to,except you no longer have to leave your house every week to pick up the records. Now all you do is log on,and download all the newest music and videos right to your computer.We carry remixes,mash ups and extended mixes also,all made in house by some of the best DJ's in the industry.One of the many advantages of a digital pool is you now get to download that brand new song or video the same day we get it,no more waiting…Ever wonder how radio Dj's get there music first or so fast…..Right here.We have more radio DJ's than any other pool,like my friend DJ OSO Fresh from KKRZ z100 Portland and Kzzu 92.9 Spokane and 88.9 Hot Jamz Seattle.

Q.How Do you get so much music ?
A.We are listed in every record pool listing so the labels know where to send the music plus we are one of  the oldest of all the pools as we were a record pool way before the internet was invented.

Q.I don't use mp3's,I use cd's,how can I benefit from joining the pool ?
A.If you use cd's all you have to do is download the mp3's to your computer and burn them on a CD.

Q.Do you work with serato ,Virtual  DJ or any of the other systems ?
A.We work perfect with all the above mentioned systems.As a matter of fact 90 percent of all our members use serato or virtual DJ.

Q.What type of DJ do you service ?
A.We service all types of DJ's. We have radio Dj's,some of the biggest Club Dj's, wedding Dj's and mixture Dj's. We have it all from a freestyle from Jadakiss not found any where else to the new Toby Keith.

Q.Can I get a refund,I don't like your service ?
A.We offer no refunds to anyone for any reason as we can not get back what you downloaded. If your a Dj it is almost impossible not to love our service or at the very least get your months money worth.

Q.Can I cancel at any time and are there any hidden fees for canceling ?
A.You can cancel at any time and there are no hidden fees. To cancel click here and click cancel. Membership renews every 30 days.Once you cancel you will loose all privileges including downloading mp3's and music videos so make sure you only cancel when you no longer need us.(The last cancel link is under the word product,where your payment history is)

Q.I'm not a DJ can I still join ?
A.No…No…No This is for Dj's only. We do not sell music.

Q.How long do tracks and videos stay up online for?
A.Mp3's stay online for at least 8 months and videos at least 5 months.

Q.What Types of music and videos do you provide for your members ?
A.We provide Pop,House (all types),Hip Hop (One of a kind freestyles etc) R&B,Reggae and Country in both mp3's and music videos.

Q.What is the Bitrate of your music and Quality of your videos ?

Q.How much music and videos do you post every month ?
A.No 2 months are the same,but we usually post at the very least 1200 mp3's and 200 music videos every month.

Q.What type of payments do you accept ?
A.We accept Paypal,Visa,Mastercard and Discover Card.

Q.What else do you post ?
A.We post Acapella's,Instrumentals,extended mixes for easy mixing and videos mixed and mashed by our Dj's So these videos are available  no place else.

Q.Can I share my password ?
A.No and doing so will get you locked out. You can only download from 2 computers and only one at a time.

Q.How many times can I download the same track ?
A.You can download anything on our site 2 times,that is more than enough times for the same file.After the second download the link with expire.

Q.How come some times the links are down for a little while ?
A.We do not host anything on our servers,and make the labels etc provide there own link through Zshare,bareshare etc so if the service they use to provide the link is down for what ever reason (maintenance etc) we have no control over that but they do not seem to go down often and when they do go down they are right back up.Once again we do this to help keep our cost low so in turn we can keep our price low.
